We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your spa session up to 4 hours before your appointment without any fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% reservation charge.
Is parking available at the spa near Temple Road?+
Yes, we provide free, secure private parking directly in front of our spa premises at Block 3, Temple Road, Vani Vilas Mohalla. It is easily accessible for both cars and two-wheelers.
What are your spa service pricing and rates?+
Our premium massage treatments start from INR 1,500 upwards depending on the duration (60 or 90 minutes) and the selected therapy. We maintain complete transparency with no hidden taxes or charges.
What is the minimum age limit to receive spa treatments?+
To maintain a serene palace-inspired atmosphere, the minimum age limit for treatments is 18 years. Guests aged 16–17 may receive massages if accompanied by an adult guardian who signs a consent form.
